Beef Queso Dip

An incredibly velvety, meaty queso dip that is completely irresistible - and you can make it in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces ground beef
1 teaspoon Emeril's Essence Creole Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
8 ounces VELVEETA®, cubed
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes
1/4 cup canned chopped green chiles
1/4 cup salsa verde
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add ground beef, Emeril's Essence, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper, to taste. Cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; drain excess fat and transfer to a plate.
Add VELVEETA® to the saucepan, stirring until melted. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese, diced tomatoes, green chiles and salsa verde until well combined. Stir in ground beef and cilantro until heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately.

Notes
To reheat, place in microwave and stir in 30-second intervals. Add milk as necessary until desired consistency is reached.

Cheez-its (Biscuit)

Homemade Cheez-Its
adapted from Baked By Rachel


8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons cold water
coarse sea salt for sprinkling


In the bowl of a stand mixer, or in a medium bowl using a handheld mixer, cream together cheese, butter, and salt. Add flour and water and mix until dough is smooth. Shape into two discs, and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.


Preheat oven to 375. Line two baking sheets with parchment or silicone baking sheets. Roll each disc out to 1/8 inch thickness, and, using a ruler, cut into 1 inch squares. Transfer squares to baking sheets, using a skewer or toothpick to poke a hole in the center of each one. Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake 10-15 minutes, depending on desired level of crispiness (I did about 14 minutes for mine). Store in an airtight container.

Parmesan Breadtwist

Parmesan Breadtwists

1½ cups warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. yeast
3½ cups flour
1 tsp salt
4 T butter, melted
1-2 T minced fresh garlic, or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400. In the bowl of a stand mixer, or a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar and yeast, and let sit for five minutes, until the yeast is bubbly. Add the flour and salt, and mix this until a smooth dough forms. Let rise for 10 minutes. Combine the melted butter with the garlic.

Roll out the dough into a large square on a floured surface. Brush with three tablespoons of the garlic butter mixture, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Fold the dough over onto itself, so the buttered sides are touching. Cut the dough into one inch strips using a pizza cutter. Twist the one inch strips of dough and place on a cookie sheet. Let rest for 10-15 minutes.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately after baking brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve warm and enjoy!

Cheesecake Milo Biscuit

BAHAN-BAHAN:
NESTUM
BISKUT CREAM CRACKERS
SUSU PEKAT MANIS
KRIM CHEESE
MILO
SUSU SEGAR



CARA-CARANYA:
1. Pukul creamcheese sehingga sebati. aku gunakan hand mixer. kemudian masukkan setengah susu pekat manis. Pukul lagi sehingga sebati. Ketepikan. Bagi yang suka manis-manis nak letak semua pon tak ada masalah. tapi komfem terlebih manislah.
2. Tuangkan susu segar kedalam mangkuk. Celupkan biskut ke dalam susu segar. Jangan sampai terlembik pulak, cukup sekadar nak bagi ia lembut sedikit. Kemudian, susun di dalam loyang.
3. Oleskan creamcheese yang telah di putar tadi. Oleskan nipis-nipis je. tak payah tebal sangat. Kemudian, taburkan nestum di atas lapisan creamcheese tadi. nak bubuh banyak mana ikutlah gerak hati masing-masing.
4. Ulang langkah ke-2 dan ke-3 tapi gantikan nestum dengan milo pula. milo ni pon ikutlah gerak hati masing-masing jugak nak banyak mana. lagi banyak milo tu lagi sedap.
5. Ulang langkah ke-2, 3, dan 4 sampai lapisan yang dikehendaki. tapi untuk cheesecake milo biskut aku ni, aku cuma dapat buat 5 lapisan je. pada lapisan yang terakhir sekali, bubuhkan creamcheese tu tebal sikit.
6. Akhir sekali, taburkan nestum di lapisan creamcheese terakhir. Boleh lah dimasukkan dalam peti ais semalaman.

2x 395ml Tins of Sweetened Condensed Milk
Juice of 2 Large Lemons (about 125ml)

Roti Paun lagi

Bahan-bahan
  1. · 6 cawan tepung gandum - guna tepung roti pun boleh
  2. · 1 ¾ cawan susu cair/ susu segar
  3. · ¾ cawan gula halus
  4. · 1 paket (11 gm) yis
  5. · 3 biji telur
  6. · ¼ cawan mentega, dicairkan - marjerin pun boleh
  7. · sedikit pewarna kuning

Cara-cara
  • · Campurkan susu cair/ susu segar, telur, gula dan yis. Kacau sehingga sebati dan biar yisnya berbuih sedikit.
  • · Kemudian campurkan mentega yang telah dicairkan dan sedikit pewarna kuning.
  • · Masukkan tepung kedalam bread machine dan uli sehingga ia menjadi doh yang lembut dan sebati.
  • · Perapkan adunan sehingga ia naik dua kali ganda. Bila adunan telah naik dua kali ganda tumbuk doh dan uli lagi.
  • · Kemudian ambil setiap doh adunan seberat 80 gram dan bentukkan bulat
  • · Sapukan loyang bulat dengan mentega dan susun doh yang telah dibulatkan ke dalam loyang.
  • · Perap lagi doh sehingga ia naik dua kali ganda. Setelah doh naik letakkan sedikit mentega diatas doh roti. Bakar dalam ketuhar pada suhu 160 – 170’C selama 20 minit sehingga ia kekuningan.

Roti Paun

Bahan-bahan ( 2-3 loyang sederhana )
1 sudu kecil yis kalau nk cepat naik taruk 2- 21/2 sudu kecil.
1cawan air suam
½ cawan gula
½ cawan marjerin/butter
Tepung gandum bergantung di taruk masa menguli.
sedikit minyak utk dilenserkan diatas roti

Cara-cara
1 cawan air suam dicampurkan yis biarkan seketika hingga larut. Sediakan besen tarukkan sedikit gandum lebih kurang ½ cawan kedalamnya. Kemudian masukkan air suam yg bercampur yis tadi kedlm besen yg berisi gandum.
Kemudian masukkan pula gula kacau hingga gula hancur. Kemudian masukkan marjerin/butter kedalamnya kacau sampai sebati.

Sesudah itu di letak sedikit demi sedikit tepung gandum di adun sampai boleh diuli. Jangan diisi terlampau banyak tepung takut jadi keras Cuma agak2 boleh diuli dgn tangan dan tidak melekat ditangan sahaja sampai menjadi doh yg lembut. Kemudian doh direhatkan sehingga ½ - 45 minit.. kemudian boleh dibentukkan bulat2 (ikut suka hati) dan di susun ke dlm loyang yg telah dialas baking paper (mcm MIL buat dia alas daun pisang-fuhyo naik dan bangkit bau dia).
Dibiarkan naik sampai 2 kali ganda lepas itu dilenserkan minyak ke atas roti yg dah kembang kemudian bolehlah dibakar dgn kepanasan 180C selama 10-15minit dlm oven yg telah di panaskan terlebih dahulu.. gambar atas dah kembang tunggu nk masak tu
